Wholesale pricing depends on the exact package_id you select. Regional Europe plans in the 1 GB tier start from €1.01, but the live wholesale rate for your organization is always shown in the OmaxTelecom Console under Plans and in the API catalog before you activate. Published examples on our site are illustrative; your production account reflects current catalog pricing. Higher volumes and traffic may qualify for additional discounts - contact us to discuss.

Which countries are included in the Europe regional package?

What pricing or volume conditions apply for approximately 1,000 and 5,000 activations?

There is no requirement to commit to 1,000 or 5,000 activations upfront. You pay per activation from your prepaid wallet at the wholesale rates for your account. Volume pricing is available from 1,000 activations per month - contact us with your expected volumes.

When does the €0.09/month per active link charge apply? Does it apply to eSIMs we issue to passengers?

Each activated eSIM is associated with a link (ICCID). The first calendar month after a new link is created has no monthly link fee. From the second month onward, €0.09 per month is charged only while that link remains active. This applies to passenger-issued eSIMs as well: if the link stays active into the next month, the monthly link fee applies until the link is suspended or closed.

Is there a minimum prepaid balance, minimum monthly spend, or minimum volume commitment for a new API partner?

You need a funded prepaid wallet (minimum top-up €10) – there is no minimum monthly spend and no minimum volume commitment for new API partners.

Are there setup, API, platform, or transaction fees on top of wholesale?

No setup fee, API fee, or platform fee. Your wallet is charged wholesale per package activation, €0.09 per active link per month from the second month while the link is active, and €0.01 per outbound SMS. There is no separate transaction surcharge beyond these ledger line items.

Can we start with ~1,000 activations and scale toward 5,000 without committing to the full volume upfront?

Yes. Bappy is prepaid and pay-as-you-go. Top up your wallet, activate as demand grows, and scale from hundreds to thousands of activations without a volume commitment. Volume pricing starts from 1,000 activations per month.

Can we provision eSIMs through the Bappy API and receive QR code / LPA in our backend for delivery to passengers?

Yes. Use the Bappy REST API to activate a package; the response includes activation details such as QR code and LPA strings for your backend to deliver to passengers. See the API reference at developer.omaxtelecom.com – there is no sandbox, so test with your first live activations.

Is the Europe 1 GB / 7-day package data-only? Does it include a local phone number?

Travel eSIM packages are data-only and do not include a local phone number for the passenger on the eSIM profile. If you need phone numbers for voice or SMS, use OmaxTelecom numbering products separately (see Wholesale DIDs and related APIs on our Products page).

From a package activation in your checkout to the eSIM on the traveller's phone, with lifecycle events back to you.

Reading the diagram Your app authenticates with OAuth2/OIDC and activates a package through the Bappy REST API. OmaxTelecom provisions the eSIM profile and returns it as a QR code or install link for your traveller. Everything that happens afterwards – activation, usage thresholds, expiry, SMS delivery and bulk job completion – is sent to your webhook endpoint as JSON events.

An eSIM API is a set of REST endpoints that let your software provision, activate, and manage digital SIM profiles programmatically. Instead of building carrier integrations yourself, you call the API to activate a data package and receive a QR code for your customer. Bappy is OmaxTelecom's eSIM reseller API - covering 210+ countries with package-based plans.

How do I become an eSIM reseller with an API?

Open an account at console.omaxtelecom.com/register, top up your wallet (from €10) and integrate Bappy's REST API into your app or website – you work in production from day one, there is no sandbox. Complete company verification (KYC) within 14 days of sign-up. There is no setup fee and no platform monthly fee. You work in production from day one on a prepaid wallet; the minimum top-up is €10. Activations are charged at wholesale rates. There is no monthly link fee in the first calendar month of a new link. Choose the eSIM API (Bappy) if you have a developer and want to embed eSIM purchasing into your existing app, booking flow, or platform. Choose the white-label store if you want a turnkey branded storefront on your domain with no coding. Many partners start with one and add the other later.

How fast can I launch with Bappy?

Yes. Every Bappy partner gets full access to the OmaxTelecom Console at console.omaxtelecom.com. Use it to top up your wallet, create and manage links, browse the plan catalog, send SMS, configure notification rules, review coverage, and export transactions - in parallel with the REST API.

What does Bappy cost per month?

There is no platform monthly fee. There is no monthly link fee in the first calendar month of a new link. From the second month onward, €0.09 per month is charged only while the link remains active. Activations are charged at wholesale package rates, and outbound SMS is €0.01 per message.

How much does SMS cost?

Outbound SMS from Bappy is €0.01 per message, with a maximum of 80 characters per SMS. Charges are deducted from your prepaid wallet and visible in the transaction ledger.

Can I manage Bappy without code?

Yes. The OmaxTelecom Console covers link creation, plan attachment, wallet top-ups, SMS, notification rules, coverage lookup, and exports. Many partners use the API for their product and the console for operations.

Which webhook events are available?

Bappy sends webhooks for sim.activated, sim.expired, sim.usage_threshold, sms.delivered, and bulk.completed. Configure your endpoint in the console or via the API to receive JSON payloads in real time.
