General Terms & Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to omaxtelecom.com, a platform operated by OMAX Group Ltd ("OMAX"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16125244) with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the omaxtelecom.com platform (the "Platform") and all services provided through it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user of our Platform and Services) and OMAX.
Please read these Terms carefully. By registering an account or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform or the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that entity as well as yourself as an individual.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, whether individuals (consumers) or organizations (business customers). Certain additional policies and terms may apply to specific Services (such as a Privacy Policy or service-specific guidelines), and we will make those available to you as relevant. This Agreement, together with any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and OMAX regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements (unless specifically stated otherwise).
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "OMAX," "Company," "we," "us," "our": Refers to OMAX Group Ltd and its affiliates, the provider of the Platform and Services.
- "Platform": The website omaxtelecom.com and any associated online portals, dashboards, mobile applications, or services provided by OMAX through which users can access and manage OMAX's telecom services.
- "Services": Collectively, all telecommunications and related services made available by OMAX via the Platform.
- "User," "Customer," "you," "your": The person or legal entity who registers on the Platform or uses the Services.
- "Account": The user account registered on the Platform associated with a specific User.
- "eSIM": An electronic SIM card or embedded SIM profile that can be downloaded to a compatible device.
Any other capitalized terms used in these Terms shall have the meanings given to them in the context of the text.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Account on the Platform, or by accessing or using any OMAX Services, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Platform or Services.
These Terms will remain in effect throughout your use of the Platform and Services. You understand that we may update or modify these Terms in the future. Continued use of the Services after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Eligibility
To register for an Account or use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, that entity must be legally registered and in good standing.
Services Provided
OMAX provides a range of telecommunications and related services through the Platform, including but not limited to:
- eSIM Data Services: Purchase and manage eSIM profiles for compatible mobile devices.
- SMS Messaging Services: Send and receive text messages via web interface or SMPP API.
- Cloud Phone Services: Virtual PBX, DID Numbers, and SIP Trunks for voice communications.
- Email and Domain Services: Custom email hosting and domain registration.
- Payment and Billing: Prepaid credit system, invoicing, and payment management.
- User Dashboard: Personalized dashboard for managing services and analytics.
- Support: Customer support via ticketing system, email, and phone.
Account Registration and Management
To access most Services, you must register for an Account. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your Account.
User Responsibilities
You will use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all usage under your Account, timely payment of fees, and keeping your information updated.
Pricing and Payments
Prices are published on the Platform and listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated, exclusive of taxes unless indicated otherwise. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Late payments may result in suspension of Services and interest charges.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Fees for Services that have been used or delivered are generally non-refundable. Consumer users in the UK/EU have 14 days from purchase to cancel unused services. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. To request a refund or cancellation, contact our support team.
Use Restrictions
You agree NOT to: engage in unlawful or abusive activity, send spam or unsolicited communications, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute harmful content, interfere with networks or systems, attempt unauthorized access, misuse voice services, or resell services without authorization.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform and Services are owned by or licensed to OMAX. You retain ownership of your content but grant OMAX a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the Services.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to OMAX. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Third-Party Services
Our Services may involve third-party networks and providers. OMAX is not liable for failures attributable to third-party providers. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
OMAX provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OMAX from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of third-party rights.
Termination
You may close your Account at any time. OMAX may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms, non-payment, legal requirements, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your right to access Services ceases immediately.
Modifications to Terms or Services
OMAX may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect no sooner than 14 days after notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
