  • Dedicated routes

  • CLI pass-through

    The caller ID you send is presented at the destination, subject to local rules. Your CLI must be valid and assigned to you.

  • Dialler traffic

    Predictive and progressive dialler traffic is accepted when concurrency, call attempts and ASR targets are agreed in the traffic profile.

  • CDRs and quality metrics

    Call detail records with ASR, ACD and PDD per destination.

  • SIP interconnect

    SIP over UDP, TCP and TLS; G.711 a/u-law, G.729 and Opus; IP or credential authentication.

  • Volume pricing

    Committed volume can lower per-minute rates. Pricing is confirmed in your rate deck.

    A test trunk to confirm audio, codecs and CLI presentation on your destinations.

  4. Go live with agreed limits

    Production traffic starts within agreed concurrency and credit limits, reviewed as volume grows.

After KYC and a short interop test. Timing depends on your traffic profile.

Each route lists its allowed origins in the rate card. Most European destinations accept EU and local origins; most Americas destinations accept all origins. 'Low cost origins' refers to traffic from countries with low termination rates. Send your traffic profile for an origin check before testing.

Yes, when the expected concurrency, call attempts per second and ASR targets are agreed in your traffic profile. Short-duration or unanswered call patterns outside the agreed profile may be limited.

Only numbers that are valid and assigned to you or your client, in line with the destination's rules. Spoofed or randomised CLI is not permitted.

No minimum to start. Committed volume can lower per-minute rates; discuss expected volume when you submit your traffic profile.

G.711 (a-law and u-law), G.729 and Opus. T.38 is available for fax. SIP over UDP, TCP and TLS.
